A judicial bribery trial has been delayed once again. U.S. District Court Judge Henry T. Wingate has rescheduled the case to Oct. 23 because the U.S. Marshal's Service reported that it would not have the staff to provide security if the trial started in September as scheduled. Wingate set the new date during a conference with attorneys Wednesday morning. Former Biloxi attorney Paul Minor is accused of bribing former state court Judges John Whitfield and Wes Teel.
