On October 28 Shanks, known as T.J., drove Milburn's car into the side of a bridge and killed her. Milburn's family accused Shank's family of not being apologizing. Shanks, better known as T.J, 15, when sentenced to juvenile prison apologized to Milburn's family. T.J's car accident attorneys are appealing for his sentence & conviction. But some are, on emotional ground, saying, "She would have never wanted this for him."
