Jury selection for killer
Prosecutors and defense attorneys have selected a jury in the trial of a man who had allegedly killed his wife at a northern Michigan resort. Eight women and seven men were selected for the panel. Twelve jurors will render a verdict, but three additional members were selected as alternatives. Opening arguments will begin in Benzie County Circuit Court. The allegation was that 45 years old Mark Unger of Huntington Woods killed his 37 years old wife, Florence. Her body was found in Lower Herring Lake on October 25th, 2003.
