Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP announced today Pietro Maria Tantalo, a Moscow corporate transactions attorney, will join Orrick as a partner in the firm's Rome office and the head of the corporate department in Italy. Tantalo was formerly the managing partner of Tantalo & Associati, a law firm he founded in 1983 with his father, Michele Tantalo, a former member of the Italian Parliament. Tantalo is a professor of economics at the University of Cassino, Italy, and an entrepreneur.
