A Norfolk attorney filed evidences Monday at the Williamsburg-James City Courthouse claiming the county's denunciation of 44 acres of land on Brick Bat Road was done unlawfully.Howell represents two men. They are the trustees of the 164 acres where WJC's eighth basic school is planned. Litigation could lead to the county having to re-file a Certificate of Take, Howell said.
