Virginia Judge A Defendant
A judge has decided to lodge a lawsuit against a Greene County nursing home for abuse. Virginia Department Office of Advocacy and Protection sued Evergreene nursing home for neglecting its patients. Vopa's attorney in court cited at least 84 cases of nursing home abuse between 2004 and 2005.The lawsuit says that the employees failed to provide CPR because they were sleeping then. Unfortunately the patient died later on. Among other allegations the staffs failed to apply right medicine at the right time and alter the medical records. Though Evergreene's attorney claimed that all allegations were false, the judge decided to send it for trial. Now Vopa is going ahead to have?
