James Kolojejchick faces contempt charges for allegedly leaking information to The Time-Tribune about a 2003 grand jury probe of alleged misconduct at the Lackawanna County Prison Attorney Terence Houck, who was appointed to investigate the alleged leak, argued that Mr. Kolojejchick's actions violated the spirit, if not the letter, of this law.
