A man accused of trying to abduct an 8-year-old girl from the Waterville Wal-Mart last month faces new charges of soliciting the murder of his wife. Police and prosecutors say Richard Decca offered $10,000 to an inmate and later an undercover agent to kill his 55-year-old wife Nancy, as well as their 26-year-old son Chad if he got in the way. District Attorney Evert Fowle says Decca was apparently angry with his wife for cooperating with police after he was charged with unlawful sexual contact with a 1-year-old girl. He had been out on bail in that incident for about 24 hours when police say he led the 8-year-old girl out of the Wal-Mart into the parking lot...
