Nearly three years after Vipul Patel was gunned down in his convenience store, the Meriden Police Department has obtained an arrest warrant for a former Westerly man in connection with his death. Abraham Santiago, 36, is accused of entering the Tri-State Mini Market on Cook Avenue in Meriden on Sept. 26, 2003, and shooting Patel.
